获取弹层返回结果

需要从复杂内容拿回数据时（例如成员列表：页内可勾选，也可弹层多选），用 confirm() 等待关闭并拿到结果——不是 ElMessageBox 那种一句话确认。

内容里把「确定」标成 closeOn 的确认路径（confirmed: true）。
